Stage 1: Before the new item production------DFM(Design for manufacturability) report
When a new item imported, we will submit the DFM report to the customer for the technical issues of the new item to make sure fully understand the design of the product and also give us the advise for the production.
Stage 2: Sample production------FAI(First Article Inspection)reportWhen the sample was finished, we will submit the full dimension report for the prototype,including the dimension report, material COC, surface finishe etc..to get customer's approval before shipment.
Stage 3: Mass production------Dimension check report
We will provide dimesion report for each shipment and get the approval from customer before shipment.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are factory+trading company, we have 1 office and 3 different cooperated factories(CNC, SHEET METAL, PLASTIC ) with 100 workers in total.
Q2: How about the Shipping Method?
A2: DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx and other air shipments and sea shipments are all available.
Q3: How about the delivery date?
A2: In General,5-7days for the sample, 30 working days for normal order quantity. But the time need negotiated if there are tooling made involved.
Q4: How about the MOQ ?
A4: Lower MOQ of 1PCS per style for fast mould, for mould injection MOQ≥1000pcs .
Q6: Can you offer the free sample?
A6:Since all of our parts are customized but not standard one, so we cannot offer the free sample. But we can offer the free sample if the order for the mass production is released to us.
Q7. Can you provide customized machining parts?
A7:Yes. We can provide the customized machining parts according to the drawing and specification that the customer gives us.
Q8. How about your payment term?
A9:For the new business, 50% deposit in advance and the balance to be paid before shipment. For long time business, we can negotiate for other terms.
Q9.How you guarantee the quality?
A9: We will strictly control the quality during the production and before the shipment. We can provide you the photos and inspection reports in details for confirmation before shipment. If there is any quality issue after you get the item, you can contact us immediately and show us the details, we will check and give you the feedback to rework or replace or debit note within 3 working days.
